David became a solicitor in 1985 and his area of expertise is in the fields of insolvency, building and construction claims and negligent valuation claims. He commenced his career recovering debts for Workers Compensation underwriters and also involved himself in the insolvency aspects of the corporations liquidated and persons bankrupted. His General Insurance practice began to increase and he became involved in householder’s claims and, in particular, arson and theft claims. He did heavy fleet work for Swiss insurers and London names before undertaking extensive banking litigation for two of the major banks. David became associated with the first major “telephone” style insurer and now acts for: · major motor vehicle and home insurers for whom he undertakes arson, fraud and product liability work. · company liquidators and administrators. · major commercial leasing and finance companies. · small business and private clients. |
