David has been continuously acting for and against insurers for the last 21 years.  His success comes down to expertise and experience combined with a practical and commercial approach to risk and claims management.  The range of products insured has covered most of the normal portfolios with some of the more esoteric being Legal Expenses, Bloodstock and Pluvial.

Using technology and project management skills, David has successfully assisted in the setting up and training of Special Claims Units and has a particular interest in arson, fraud and product liability claims.  He likes nothing better than to try and catch a thief!

Tiffany has demonstrated expertise acting both for and against insurers and had for a time, worked inhouse.

Given our involvement with financiers, we are aware of the interplay between financial and insurance interests and handle claims involving composite policies or those with valuation issues.

We strive to ensure that costs do not get out of hand in large and complex litigation.
