With over 21 years’ experience - initially as an Associate and in 1990 as a partner with the one city firm, David Courtenay has stayed attuned to the ever changing corporate world around him.  Overall, he has tended to act for insurers and financiers and has always sought to increase efficiency through the use of advanced technology.

Justice Madgwick once said “Mr Courtenay appears to have acted honestly and with reasonable competence for an expert litigator”.  David would like the “appears to” deleted, but hopes the comment is otherwise accurate.

Tiffany joined Courtenay & Co as an Associate and has, in addition to insurance experience, worked for a specialist Strata Title – building and construction firm where she gained valuable experience.  She, like David specialises in insurance fraud investigation and product liability claims.
