Tiffany was admitted as a solicitor in 1998, and has extensive litigation experience in the Local and District Courts, with particular emphasis on insurance fraud, liability claims, debt recovery, commercial litigation, and large home and building disputes.   From 1998 -1999 Tiffany worked in-house as a Legal Officer with the South Sydney Council, before joining Shaw McDonald Solicitors working primarily in debt recovery, motor vehicle law, insurance litigation and public liability law.   From 1999 -2004 Tiffany was employed with Abbott Tout Solicitors in their General Insurance Group, working primarily on insurance fraud and large liability claims.   Before returning to Shaw McDonald in late 2005, Tiffany enjoyed a short stint working with a building and construction firm and in-house at Vero Insurance Limited.
